中农立华生物科技股份有限公司（SINO-AGRI Leading Biosciences Co., Ltd.，简称“中农立华”）成立于2009年，是中华全国供销合作总社下属企业、中国农业生产资料集团有限公司控股子公司，主要从事农药流通与植保技术服务。

2017年，公司在上海证券交易所主板挂牌上市（股票代码：603970）。公司经营规模位列全国农药行业第4名，出口规模位列全国农药行业第9名。

公司致力于构建以植保技术服务为中心、以现代信息技术为支撑，集产品、服务、信息于一体的综合性服务平台。目前业务涵盖农药制剂营销和分装加工服务、原药与中间体贸易、农药出口、联销服务和植保机械等板块。

公司建立了覆盖全国主要粮食产区的仓储配送和销售服务网络，打造了一支由数百名专业技术人员组成的一线植保技术服务团队。目前，在国内外拥有32家分子公司，业务覆盖90多个国家和地区，是国内农药流通领域最大的综合服务商。

中农立华旗下爱格（上海）生物科技有限公司是一家面向全球市场开展农药销售和登记的专业公司。公司主要从事制剂和原药出口贸易业务，已在哥伦比亚、厄瓜多尔、秘鲁、玻利维亚、阿根廷和多米尼加等国家设有子公司。
