浙江凯喜雅集团的前身是浙江省丝绸集团有限公司，2007年底实施省属国有企业产权制度改革，成为一家国有参股的混合所有制企业集团。集团旗下拥有7个事业部、20多家控股企业，年销售收入近百亿元人民币、进出口总额近十亿美元。集团是中国真丝绸商品出口龙头企业，是国际丝绸联盟（ISU）发起单位、主席单位。
凯喜雅集团历来重视内外贸并举、科工贸结合。先后在深圳蛇口、上海金山、河南新蔡、湖州德清、杭州下沙、临安科创城等地建成纺织丝绸印染、服装服饰加工、数码织造、家用纺织品等产业基地。去年以来，集团通过收购兼并，在云南德宏、浙江淳安及海宁等地建立桑蚕基地及优质茧丝生产加工基地，培育“凯喜雅”丝绸品牌，打造全产业链体系。
