中达联合控股集团股份有限公司总部位于浙江海盐百步经济开发区。中达集团以“人本中和，诚信达道”为企业理念，以“诚信立业，创新发展，回报社会”为企业宗旨，几十年励精图治，形成中达特有的企业文化。

公司的发展历史可追溯到上世纪六十年代创建的百步手工业联合社，于上世纪九十年代经历乡镇企业改制后组建中达集团，之后通过兼并吸收发展壮大，形成了以特钢、货架、热电、建筑、国际贸易等多元化产业共同发展的集团企业格局。主要产品为不锈钢材料、特种合金材料、置物架等。其中不锈钢管材系列产品品质居于行业领先地位，特种合金材料占据国内重要的市场份额，置物架出口量跻身全国三甲之列。

嘉兴市中达进出口有限公司是中达联合控股股份有限公司旗下一家子公司，始于2000年，正式注册成立于2006年。 以服务集团公司下属工厂产品进出口为基础，积极拓展其他新业务。一流的产品和专业的销售及技术团队，完善的售后服务，致力发展成为国际化综合性公司。

公司在复杂的国际贸易环境中，积累了宝贵的涉外经验，更好的为集团公司“百年中达”的发展战略服务。2015年，作为美国对华金属置物架双反案的强制应诉企业，我们积极配合接受美国商务部实地调查，取得良好税率。2016年积极应诉澳洲对中国金属置物架的双反，以无损害结束。2018年，再次应对美国对中国钢制货架的双反，精确分析，在正式立案前提交了起诉资格评论，最终成功获得排除。

当前公司业务主要分为两块：重工业和轻工业。重工业业务包括不锈钢无缝钢管、焊接材料及技术、电子材料、塔内件、管道及模块预制以及工程材料的打包，应用于石油天然气、炼油化工、核电、电子半导体、航空航天等行业，收获到国内外工程公司和业主公司的认证；轻工业业务分为收纳类产品、五金制品和紧固件系列产品，客户主要为国际上主要的五金工具超市。其中中型置物架出口处于国内领先地位。

满足顾客要求，不断改进和创新，完善的售后服务，赢得顾客的满意是我们的目标。 在实际的业务操作过程中，我们一直都是以客户的要求为导向，我们会尽最大的努力满足客户合理的要求。在维护客户利益的同时，我们积极创建自己品牌。今年，我们针对收纳产品和紧固件分别注册了“BAAB ORGANIZING”和 “BAAB FASTENER”两个企业商标, “BAAB”取音译“百步”，随着我们的品牌走出海外，成为国际化综合性公司，我们“根”于海盐百步。
